What is the difference between the Upright Row-N-Ride Rowing Machine and the Row-N-Ride PRO™ Squat Assist Trainer?
On the Row-N-Ride PRO™, the resistance is provided by a hydraulic cylinder. This is able to provide 12 different resistance levels, in comparison to the three levels using resistance bands on the Upright Row-N-Ride™ Rowing Machine. The PRO can also accommodate up to 300 lbs and the optional resistance bands on this machine offers variety of ways to exercise.
Will using this give me a full body workout?
Absolutely. The Sunny Health & Fitness Row-N-Ride™ machine was designed to target multiple muscles and areas including your: glutes, thighs, hamstrings, abdomen, obliques, arms, back, and chest!
What is the maximum weight the Row-N-Ride PRO™ will support?

Does the rower provide feedback during my rowing session?
The digital monitor helps track time, count, calories, rep/min, with a scan mode.
How does hydraulic resistance work?
Resistance is created through pressure in the hydraulic cylinder. When the levels are increased by turning the knob, the pressure creates greater tension while rowing and is virtually silent. There are 12 levels of resistance available on this Row-N-Ride PRO™.
What is the warranty of my Row-N-Ride PRO™?
There is a 1-year warranty on the structural frame and 180-day warranty on other parts and components.
