Correct your Spine’s CurvatureThe Stamina AeroPilates Spine Corrector Wooden Construction Barrel was designed by Joseph Pilates to be used as a way to open the chest and to correct or restore the curve of the spine. Sometimes as we age, muscles weaken causing our spine to lose its natural curve. The AeroPilates Spine Corrector Barrel strengthens the abdominal, back and shoulder muscles to keep the spine supple and young. The chest opens, shoulders straighten and any •hump• back disappears. Even more, an open chest allows for easier, deeper breathing.

Be advised that most of our suppliers request you (the buyer) to pay for shipping the item back to them for inspection for damaged returns or replacements. In some cases, we are able to waive the fee, however this is at the discretion of our supplier and on a one-time courtesy basis. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location. Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service with signature or shipping insurance!
